          PRODUCT OVERVIEW

However, AC contactors can not meet the immediate needs of the reactive power switching of the system, thus thyristor fast compensation switching device that adopts the operational concept of "zero-crossing switching" can be applied, which can realize the fast switching without inrush current and arcing to reduce the interferece of inductive reactive power on the power grid.

          KLD-TSC series thyristor switch is characterized by no mechanical wear and tear and no noise during operation, and has the advantage of practically no transient process. It means that the equipment has the smallest delay for power factor improvement and the control system ensures the capacitor banks of all segments switch on or off in the shortest time of only one cycle.

          It is mainly applied to fast and frequent changes in reactive power, and scenarios with inrush current limit and voltage fluctuations. The product has built-in thermal protection, and LED indicators for switching display.
